500 SMEs will receive support in attracting financing from the KSE Institute, the Ministry of Economy, and the Government of the Netherlands

On June 13, a series of offline training sessions for small and medium-sized businesses will begin, organized by the KSE Institute and KSE Graduate Business School in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and with the support of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The initiative aims to promote funding opportunities among SMEs, facilitate the integration of enterprises into support programs, improve financial literacy, and help businesses prepare to attract investment.

Over 500 entrepreneurs will attend free training sessions in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro. The training program covers the entire spectrum of issues related to raising funds, from cooperation with banks and government programs to leveraging opportunities from international partners and developing investment projects. For those who are unable to attend in person, presentations and recordings of expert presentations will be available online.

During the one-day training, experts from the KSE Institute and representatives of financial institutions will provide an overview of current and planned financing programs from the state, international donors, EU institutions, and the private sector. Entrepreneurs will learn about practical tools for supporting businesses in their early stages, the criteria used by financial institutions to assess companies’ potential, and approaches to developing business plans in line with compliance requirements.

Special attention will be paid to how to correctly analyze business needs, select a relevant program, prepare a high-quality application for funding, and find available financial instruments for business development.
